Pure Pump: Full body resistance training led by exciting instructors to music
Spin: High intensity low impact cardiovascular workout using spinning bikes led to music over various terrains
Yoga: Revitalize the body and mind while using core strengthening poses and stretching exercises
Zumba: Fun and invigorating Latin dance inspired cardiovascular workout led to music
Sculpt Circuit: Resistance training using barbells and weights!
Beach Body Abs: 30 minutes of high-intesity abdominal work led to pulse-pounding music.  A great supplement to any program!
  
PARTICIPANTS MAY SET UP NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO A CLASS. PLEASE PLAN ON ARRIVING ON TIME AND STAYING FOR THE DURATION OF THE CLASS!
